1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Zenmori, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Zenmori on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Zenmori is a self-hosted AI assistant that processes unstructured "brain dumps" into structured tasks, contact records, and knowledge base entries. The service includes natural language processing, semantic search, and automated task routing. All AI inference can run locally or through external providers of your choice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use Zenmori for illegal activities, to respect the privacy of others mentioned in brain dumps, and to ensure that content processed through external AI providers complies with those providers' terms of service.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you input into Zenmori. Zenmori does not claim any rights to your brain dumps, tasks, contacts, or generated content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zenmori is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in AI-generated content, we do not guarantee that tasks, summaries, or CRM entries are complete or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently erased from our databases within 30 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Zenmori after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through the application.
