Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Zenmori collects only the data you explicitly provide: account credentials (username, email, hashed password), brain dump content, tasks, contact profiles, wiki pages, and voice recordings during active sessions. We do not collect browsing data, device fingerprints, or cross-site tracking data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Zenmori service: processing brain dumps, generating tasks, maintaining CRM profiles, and providing semantic recall. Your data is stored on our servers (or your infrastructure when self-hosted) and is encrypted at rest.

3. AI Processing

When you use Zenmori, your brain dump content is sent to your configured AI provider for processing. This content is subject to that provider's privacy policy. We do not control or audit third-party AI providers. Voice recordings are processed in-memory and immediately discarded — audio files are never persisted.

4. Data Sharing

Zenmori does not share, sell, or transmit your data to third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service (AI processing, analytics). We do not sell your data or show advertisements.

5. Analytics

We use pseudonymous analytics (PostHog) to understand how users interact with Zenmori. This includes page views, feature usage, click patterns, and error tracking. Analytics are tied to your user ID but do not include personally identifiable information — we do not capture brain dump content, CRM data, or any user-submitted text. We use aggregate analytics dashboards and do not monitor individual user sessions.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time through the Settings page. You may also request data portability in JSON format. Account deletion permanently erases all associated data from our systems.

7. Cookies

Zenmori uses a single HTTP-only cookie for authentication sessions. This is a functional/essential cookie exempt from GDPR consent requirements. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.
